Elaine worked for 25 years in the Financial Services sector across a
variety of disciplines before qualifying as a coach with a Diploma in
Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute.
She demonstrates natural warmth, empathy and unconditional
positive regard for her clients. Her belief is that people come to
coaching to become their best possible selves.
She is passionate about running and how beneficial it is for keeping
the body and the mind strong. Being successful at sport requires a
number of attributes such as dedication, determination, striving to
achieve goals, along with not being put off by the weather or other
obstacles. A good sportsperson can transfer these qualities to
success in the business world also.
Her major interests are building endurance, talent development,
motivation, work / life balance, coaching and facilitation.
