Karina Dolan is a seasoned People and Culture Consultant with over 20 years experience in transforming organisations through strategic human resource management. She has extensive experience in strategic HR including a focus on culture and employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee wellbeing and performance management. She specialises in aligning HR practices with business goals to foster a high-performing and inclusive workforce.

Karina holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick, a Masters in Business and HR Strategies from Dublin City University and Higher Diploma in HR Management from NCI College. She is currently pursuing a professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, further enhancing her expertise.

Karina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to clients across various industries. Taking a people-centered approach, combined with data-driven insights, she enables organisations to attract, develop and retain top talent to be the best they can be working towards a collective purpose and a high-performance culture.

Throughout her career, Karina has successfully led numerous strategic HR programmes, including a focus on culture and values, engagement, employee wellbeing. Passionate about continuous improvement, she stays updated on the latest HR trends and best guidance with a keen interest in neurodiversity, coaching for high performance and the application of AI in HR. In addition to consulting Karina works with individuals on career development, helping them navigate their professional career journeys. Outside of  work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children, as well as getting outdoors as much as possible.
