Mark Scully, Executive Coach, Alive Coaching

Mark Scully is a qualified Executive Coach accredited by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is also a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). He specialises in coaching young professionals and also delivers Neurodiversity and Neuro-inclusion training programs to organisations and corporate groups of all sizes.

Diagnosed as Autistic as an adult, Mark proudly identifies as Neurodivergent and uses his lived experience and strengths to coach, train and consult on Neurodiversity. He is passionate about helping organisations to align their cultures to be inclusive not only for Neurodivergent employees, but for all employees.

Before becoming a full-time Executive Coach and Neurodiversity Consultant, he worked in professional services for over 12 years, specifically in accounting and law firms in Dublin. Mark originally qualified as a Barrister before becoming a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. In particular, He spent 10 years working at KPMG, where he attained the level of Director, led high performing teams and was appointed to their internal coaching panel.
