His mission is to work with people to help them get the best results from their coaching programme. He is supportive, challenging and non-judgemental.

Tom is a committed coach and is passionate about the benefits coaching brings to people and the performance of companies. He is a proven facilitator, a consummate people person and easy to work with. Our clients benefit from Tom’s experience and expertise (25 years as a senior manager) in Corporate Management, Financial Services Operations & Marketing, and as a lecturer at the School of Applied Psychology, University College Cork.
